Tony Fiore - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Fiore has a degree in Engineering and has also worked as a Navy Officer. He worked for more than 10 years as an Offshore Superintendent onboard vessels carrying out survey activities, as well as submarine cable installations and repairs. He also has in-depth experience in all aspects regarding Onboard Safety and Security, working as head of the Safety Management System (as per ISM code) and as the Company Security Officer (as per ISPS code).

Stefano Merlo - PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Merlo has a degree in Geology and has more than 10 years experience in a vast array of offshore activities. He has worked as a freelance geologist, surveyor, ROV pilot and client representative on board many vessels/barges. Moreover, he has worked full time for 8 years for an Italian company that is a leader in the submarine cable industry dealing with both the marine operations (being the Offshore Superintendent during survey, submarine cable installation, repair and PLIB) and the ship and technical equipment management (being the office's technician involved into the ships and equipment maintenance and supervision department). He has an extensive experience and skills as a cable route engineer, having designed numerous systems worldwide.
